Mr. Scandalist is pasted on an electrical box near the Holzmarkt, a trendy spot by the water where you’ll also find a hotel and a club. The doors of the electrical box split the man in two. In each hand, he’s holding something, and a quick internet search reveals they are spray cans.

“Scandalist” appears frequently online, but in combination with this character, only on a website written almost entirely in Cyrillic. The man’s name is Mr. LeXX, and the spray is called Scandalist—though not all the words are in Cyrillic. Curiously, there’s no advertisement or reference to a website anywhere on the poster. Could the similarities be coincidental?
