She’s pasted onto a container somewhere in Friedrichshain. It must have been a while ago, and the container has been sitting there for some time, along the Spree. They are decaying and rusting together over time. Is she ghostly? I don’t think so. She does seem to come from the past, but in a different way. She reminds me of a lady from ancient Greece or Crete, and the image resembles a fresco from an old villa, the kind you’d find in those places. It’s a modest and elegant depiction. The way she stands, with her arms in front of her, hands clasped together.
The Pokémon-like figure right in front of her face is hardly noticeable because all your attention is drawn to her. You can also spot a small dog that’s been pasted nearby. Not quite a Cerberus, more like a lapdog.
