Sticking a poster onto a roller shutter that opens and closes every day as the shop opens and closes results in this. Putting a poster there doesn’t make much sense. The message is less visible and wears out faster. The person who put it up clearly wasn’t very invested in the message they were trying to convey. However, it does create a beautiful composition.

The blue spray-painted shutter and the black and white poster on top, slowly peeling away. There’s still a small piece of paper stuck on it with the words: “Fontanero Albanil.” After some Googling, I found out this means plumber. Ruzafa is probably his work area, a neighborhood on the rise and the place where I took this photo.
