This could possibly be connected to how angry Americans deal with illegal immigration to the U.S., as Google suggests.

The martian, in any case, is carrying a lot of bombs in his belly. Some people smuggle coke pellets, which is dangerous too, but mostly just for themselves. Maybe the couple on the left has also taken something, a little hit or a line. Either way, they look animated and ready for a good time—Viva la vida!
